To support line-drying, CoHo’s new Sustainability Action Team launched a celebration of National Hanging Out Day on Friday, April 19th.
A trumpet fanfare alerted residents to the start of the festivities.
The event? A progressive clothespin sculpture in the common house atrium.
CoHoots were given a basic framework and added to it all weekend long. A slide show of the progression of the sculpture was shared at our business meeting on Sunday afternoon.
After deconstruction, the 500 clothespins forming the sculpture were added to our line-drying supplies.
