The weather was a bit brisk at times, but a loyal crew showed up to process boxes and boxes and boxes of apples.
The final output filled one entire freezer in the Bike Barn plus a few large containers for fermenting.
The juice is used throughout the year, but especially in green smoothies at work party lunches, as spiced hot cider for Halloween, and at our annual Madrigal performances.
The kids made thank you cards for the apple donors.
