So it looks like Dill will get to do her first flight on Sunday and she’s going to learn to speak with a southern drawl. And she might even learn to do CrossFit!!
If anyone happens to be in Portland or is considering going to Portland on Saturday and wants to come to the graduation, you are welcome. Graduations are free and open to the public and people can take a tour of the facility after graduation if interested. Graduation starts at 1:30 and usually lasts for an hour. Typically someone from GDB does a short talk or shows a short video, and then each graduate comes on stage along with the puppy raisers. Graduates and puppy raisers each have an opportunity to speak to the group. I’ve been to 2 graduations and have found both to be incredibly inspiring. I can get more info to you if desired.
