Are you looking for a deeper sense of community?
Do you like the idea of having neighbors that care about you, your family and the environment?

Coho is a multi-generational group of individuals and families who enjoy sharing our lives with our community. We have 34 condomnium units, and a large common house where we share meals on a regular basis and meet to plan, play and party.

We care about each other and the environment. We value diversity and honor everyone's opinion. We work to create an old-fashioned neighborhood in a new-fashioned way. Want to know more? Call Dennis at 541.908.3325.

We have rooms for rent!

Next Public Orientation and Tour

Sunday, February 12, 2012, 10:30am, starting at Common House

This tour is scheduled during one of CoHo's quarterly full-day work parties, so you'll get to see CoHoots in action throughout our site. Join us to learn about cohousing and see first-hand what it is like to live in a caring, sharing community.

If you are interested in visiting CoHo, attending an open house or would like more information about CoHo, contact us!

We can also make arrangements for private tours.

A Home In Community

A Home In Community is a non-profit organization, formed in February 2007 to help provide housing to low-income adults with disabilities. Our first campaign, "A Home at CoHo," has purchased an ADA-accessible unit in CoHo that will be rented at subsidized rates to low-income individuals with disabilities starting with Mike Volpe as the first tenant.  We are currently raising the funds to pay off the loans that made this purchase possible, so that we can guarantee that this wonderful resource will always remain available.
