Membership Options

CoHo Ecovillage membership options include Renters, Owners, and Non-Resident Members.

Resident Members

If you are interested in purchasing or renting a unit, you can fill out the CoHo EcoVillage Interest Form, and we will let you know when a unit is available.

Renters

We welcome renters at CoHo, who are committed to participating in community life. Check out current availability at Openings – Rentals. Rental agreements are negotiated with individual unit owners. If you reach an agreement with the unit owner, it is important that you also contact CoHo’s Membership Team by emailing JessGroom1@gmail.com before you sign a lease.

Owners

Home sales are done through individual negotiations with unit owners who are selling. Check out current availability at Openings – Homes for Sale. Becoming a Friend of CoHo can be an excellent first step to learning more about the community and potential vacancies. Anyone who is seriously considering the purchase of a unit is pursuing two tracks at the same time with a shared deadline. One track involves the legal and financial details in negotiating a purchase. The other track involves the steps in becoming a member of the community. If you are seriously considering purchasing a unit, it is important that you contact CoHo’s Membership Team by emailing JessGroom1@gmail.com. There are membership steps to take, prior to finalizing the purchase of a CoHo unit.

Non-Resident Members

Folks who live off-site are welcomed to have an ongoing connection to our community, as Friends of CoHo or Associate Members. Contact JessGroom1@gmail.com for more information.

Friends of CoHo

If you want support and social contact with CoHo but do not live on-site, you may be interested in becoming a Friend of CoHo.

Associate Members

If you don’t live on-site but want to be engaged with CoHo EcoVillage on a deeper level, have defined responsibilities and rights, and contribute time, energy and money.
