CoHo Watch us Build Photo Album

The progress of CoHo construction on our 6.8 acre site will be chronicled through photos taken "from the outside in."

Our contractor is arranging on-site tours for members throughout the construction process, so we'll be sharing some photos taken inside the construction zone as well.

The built-out area (buildings, parking, sidewalks, etc.) will cover the upper 45% of our site. The initial site clearing for construction was a significant change from the green meadow and forested area (with accompanying blackberry patches) that we had known for so long. However, while the trees may be "down", they are not "out." Our goal is to keep all organics on site so tree stumps will be home to wildlife, tree limbs will be chipped for mulch for our landscaped areas, and timbers will be milled for building projects.
